SERVICE AGREEMENT
"PURSUING AUTOMOTIVE PERFECTION"
PRESTIGEDETAILSD Service Agreement
1. Introduction
This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is valid as of 02/08/2025 by and between prestigdetailsd (“Service Provider”) and (“Client”). By booking or using prestigedetailsd’s services, the Client agrees to the following terms and conditions.
2. Payment Terms
Total Cost: The fee for services will be determined at the time of booking. Any additional charges for add-ons or extended service time will be discussed with the Client for approval at the time of appointment.
Payment: Payment is due upon completion of services and can be made via cash, credit, debit, or invoice. Late payments will incur a 5% fee plus 0.5% daily interest until fully paid. The Client is responsible for any collection costs incurred by prestigedetailsd.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
• More than 48 hours notice: No fee.
• 24-48 hours notice: 10%.
• 12-24 hours notice: 25% of the service amount, up to $150.
• Less than 12 hours notice or No call/No show: 100% of the service amount, up to $250.
• Client not present or vehicle unavailable upon arrival: 100% of the service amount, up to $250.
Prestigedetailsd reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances such as staffing, traffic, weather, or equipment issues. This cancellation policy also applies to gift certificate appointments. Any applicable fees will be charged to the credit card on file.
4. Late Arrival
Prestigedetailsd may arrive up to 120 minutes late due to scheduling or traffic. The Client’s patience is appreciated in such situations.
5. Vehicle Access and Service Quality
The Client agrees to provide prestigedetailsd personnel with access and keys to the vehicle to perform the agreed-upon services. prestigedetailsd strives to maintain high-quality service standards. Any concerns must be communicated within 24 hours of service completion. Concerns raised beyond this timeframe or refusal to participate in the final inspection will not be addressed.
6. Single Vehicle Policy for Full Detail Service
When booking a Full Detail service, this service is limited to one vehicle only. The Full Detail service will not be split between multiple vehicles; both interior and exterior detailing will be completed on the same single vehicle. Please ensure that the vehicle for which the Full Detail is intended is available at the time of the appointment.
7. Accidents, Pre-Existing Conditions, and Limitation of Liability
Prestigedetailsd will document any pre-existing damage before starting work but is not liable for such conditions. If any damage occurs while in our care, we will notify the Client promptly. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. Prestigedetailsd is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
8. Safety
Please disclose any hazardous substances in your vehicle before detailing. The Client assumes responsibility for any health or safety risks associated with the vehicle.
9. Feedback and Use of Images
We welcome your feedback at prestigedetailsd@gmail.com. By booking our services, you grant prestigedetailsd permission to use images of your vehicle for marketing purposes, unless you object in writing.
10. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of California.
11. Acknowledgments
By booking our services, the Client acknowledges that:
Prestigedetailsd does not guarantee any specific outcome or guarantees.
The Client is authorized to agree to these terms on behalf of the vehicle’s legal owner and is 18 years of age or older.
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold prestigedetailsd harmless from any claims or damages arising from a lack of authority to enter into this agreement.
12. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior understandings or agreements, whether written or oral, regarding the subject matter herein.
13. Amendments
Prestigedetailsd reserves the right to change or amend this service agreement in full at any given time.
14. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
15. Waiver
The failure of either party to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver or limitation of that party’s right to subsequently enforce and compel strict compliance with every provision of this Agreement.
16. Assignment
The Client may not assign this Agreement without the prior written consent of prestigedetailsd.
17. Counterparts
This Agreement may be executed in counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, but all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument.
18. Headings
The headings in this Agreement are for convenience only and shall not affect its interpretation.
19. Force Majeure
Prestigedetailsd shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under this Agreement due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, natural disasters, or pandemics.
20. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement, the parties agree to attempt mediation before initiating litigation.
21. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep the terms of this Agreement and any proprietary information confidential, except as required by law.
22. Insurance
Prestigedetailsd maintains all the necessary forms insurance to operate. The Client is responsible for maintaining insurance coverage for their vehicle.
23. Subcontracting
Prestigedetailsd reserves the right to subcontract any part of the services, provided that subcontracting does not affect the quality of service provided to the Client.
24. Client Responsibilities
The Client is responsible for removing personal belongings from the vehicle before the service appointment, any are not cleared will be exempt from cleaning or detailing. Prestigedetailsd is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle.
