Job Description:

We are seeking meticulous and motivated Auto Detailers to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for automobiles. As an Auto Detailer, you will be responsible for cleaning both the interiors and exteriors of vehicles to meet our company’s high standards and exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough cleaning of vehicle interiors, including vacuuming, shampooing, and deodorizing carpets and upholstery.

• Clean vehicle exteriors by washing, claying, polishing, and waxing to restore and enhance appearance.

• Apply protective finishes to vehicle exteriors.

• Conduct detailed inspections to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to the highest standard.

• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages.

• Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service.

• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous experience in auto detailing or a related field is preferred but not required; training will be provided.

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for extended periods, bending, and lifting up to 30 lbs.

Compensation:

• Starting pay ranges from $17 to $32 per hour, commensurate with experience and performance.

• Opportunities for tips, with potential earnings between $200 to $350 per day.
